2025 Fitness Journey: Month One (January) Update – Real Progress Made

Last month, I decided that the New Year was the perfect time to get to work on improving my health and fitness. I explained why I wanted to get fit, set myself a weight loss goal and shared the plan of attack to help me get there. In this blog post, I’ll discuss how the first month has been, the lessons I have learned and whether or not I have managed to lose any weight and get closer to my target of 70 KG.
